Welcome to Wholly Manna!

I studied functional nutrition through the Nutritional Therapy Association and earned a certificate to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. My passion for gut health led me to further my education journey with Restorative Wellness Solutions, where I became a Restorative Wellness Practitioner 1. This additional training allows me to dive deeper with clients and offer specialty lab testing.

I am dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal health and wellness through personalized nutrition plans tailored to their unique needs. I utilize the Mediator Release Test (food sensitivity) alongside the GI Map to remove the guesswork and provide more effective assistance to clients. While lab testing isn’t mandatory for our journey together, it has proven to be an invaluable tool in clients’ healing journeys. I am committed to supporting you on your path to better health by addressing underlying imbalances and uncovering the root cause of stubborn symptoms.

Services & Packages Overview:

  1. *Gut Reset 1:1 Intensive: This package is my top recommendation for clients, spanning approximately four months. I firmly believe that lasting change requires dedication and time. The package includes both lab tests—the MRT and the GI Map—as well as chat support, video call check-ins throughout the process, and regular updates to client protocols.
  2. 30-Day Custom Meal Plan + Recipe Support: Tailored to your dietary restrictions, time constraints, and nutrition/health goals, I design a personalized meal plan complete with a grocery list to streamline your shopping and save you time!
  3. *3 Month 1:1 Nutrition Counseling:This package is ideal for those ready to dedicate themselves to achieving their best selves while also seeking cost-effectiveness. It’s the “Gut Reset” option without the lab testing, offering chat support, video call check-ins, and personalized protocols to guide you on your journey.
  4. MRT Food Sensitivity Testing (testing + results only): I believe that the MRT is a powerful tool when paired with the GI Map, but I also offer it as a standalone option. This test includes a results protocol with timing considerations and meal ideas that align with the results. Please note that it does not include a 1:1 session with me.
  5. GI Map Single Session: Although I typically recommend using the MRT and GI Map together, this offering is tailored for those interested in solely undergoing the GI Map test without ongoing support and protocol updates. It will include one lab result review session, during which I will thoroughly discuss the results and provide my recommended protocol to address the findings.
  6. *Month-to-Month Nutrition Support: This is my most fundamental offering, where the primary focus is on diet and reducing your toxic load. We discuss how to support your body in the simplest yet most powerful way through dietary adjustments.

The More You Know…

  • What is an MRT?: The Mediator Release Test (MRT) is a type of blood test that identifies food and chemical sensitivities by measuring changes in white blood cell volume in response to various substances. It aims to. identify specific foods and additives that may trigger an immune response in the body, leading to inflammation and various symptoms. MRT results are used to create personalized elimination diets and dietary protocols to help individuals manage their sensitivities and improve their overall health. This test is best conducted alongside a GI Map, as it’s essential to address gut health and restore the gut lining. This approach enables us to successfully reintroduce these foods into an individual’s diet and reduce the likelihood of developing additional sensitivities.
  • What is a GI Map?: The GI Map (Gastrointestinal Microbial Assay Plus) is a comprehensive stool test that assesses the microbiome of the gastrointestinal tract. It provides detailed information about the presence of various bacteria, fungi, parasites, and other microorganisms in the gut, as well as markers of gut health and inflammation. Rather than displaying “positive” or “negative” qualitative results, we can access quantitative results, which have significant clinical implications for creating personalized protocols. For example, while certain bacteria in the gut may be considered commensal or “normal,” their presence in specific volumes can lead to undesirable symptoms. Conversely, some opportunistic or “bad” bacteria may be detected as “present” but not at levels considered high by the lab, which also has distinct clinical applications.
  • Wholistic Approach: My work is highly bio-individual with protocols and recommendations tailored specifically to you! I focus on more than the food you put in your body. We will look at other factors in life that add to your overall stress, including but not limited to personal care products, quality of water, and indoor air quality.
  • Supplements: I am always going to use a food first approach, but there are definitely times supplements are needed. When it comes to a full gut healing protocol, there are always supplements involved. Clients do receive a dispensary discount through Fullscript and CellCore.
  • Payments: Clients are welcome to pay in full, but I do offer payment plans! Services are eligible for HSA/FSA.
